But the average salary for a senior designer (8+ years of experience) is upward of US$100,000 (not counting benefits, onboarding, payroll tax, etc.), so it may not make financial sense if your business has not reach the point to justify the cost, or don't have a steady stream of work for them.

Simple! You'll get access to a private request board (via Trello). Once you have filled out a request card, mark it as Ready and we’ll start tackling it!
If you have questions at any time, you'd be able to just message us from within the request board and we'd get back to you on the same day; usually within an hour or so.

Similar to working with your own full-time senior designer, we can usually turn around simple asks & fixes on the same day.
As for common marketing needs, things like banner ads, social / blog / email images, a landing page, email layout design, a one-pager /sales sheet, etc., with a brief & finalized copy, we're almost always able to turn those around for review in 2 business days or less.
Longform content and more complex projects (an ebook, a presentation deck, a complex infographic, anything involves custom illustrations, motion / video, and development) will take longer: about a week.
The turnaround time also hinges on our client's ability & availability in providing feedback and approval, once we have done our part.
We always let our clients know ASAP if we think a request will take longer than expected, sometimes even before we get started.
If a client tells us ahead of time that an upcoming request has a hard deadline, we will give them a conservative estimate, or let them know if we aren't confident in our ability to deliver, so that they will have ample time to make necessary adjustments or arrangement.
It comes down to our obsession with clarity and focus, as well as our decade-plus marketing design experience.
We structure all communication around the following:
1) All requests follow a robust yet simple brief.
2) Communications are done in writing, screen-recording, and audio-recording.
3) Projects are prioritized and tackled one at a time.

Sure! The pause option allows you to pause your monthly plan so that you can take full advantage of your subscription at a later time.
For example, you want us to create a small set of ads so that you can run them for a week to see how they perform before doing anything else. Instead of wasting a week's time, you can pause the plan immediately after getting the ads from us, and then resume the plan when you're ready to submit another request.
It's that simple!
In case of emergency, our subscribers can get a hold of us and get a response within 2 hours outside our regular business hours (10am–5pm MT).
Emergencies happen and the next business day could be too late! Since our ability to help is much greater with brands / clients that we're most familiar with, we offer this service to our Quarterly & Annual plans subscribers.
We are highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Cloud apps, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, Notion, Webflow, and the Affinity design suite. We also help clients set up templates in Canva, MS PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Google Slides, and other similar platforms.
As far as file transfer/delivery, we usually use Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, WeTransfer, and from within Trello. We can also use other platforms you prefer. Just let us know!
We try our best to meet your needs, but due to the custom nature of design, there's no refund.
Glad you asked! We work to live and there are only a few of us here, so we do take breaks.
We typically close for 2 weeks mid-year and 2 weeks around the end / beginning of the year.
During that time, we won’t be delivering work and will only maintain limited communication with our clients.
Anyone with a subscription overlapping those periods will receive a prorated refund or extended service period. If you have a preference, just let us know.
